About Us
Notso Rustic Ranch will care for your horses as if they were their own. The facility will allow you to feel confident that your four-legged friends are being looked after by a team who care and know about animals and people.
The facility is easily accessible from Calgary, being 7 minutes past the city limits on Springbank Road & Range Road # 33. The 40 acres of land is located close to the Elbow River, which offers amazing trails for riding and the location is en route to the mountains and Kananakis Country.

The Doyle Family is an absolute treat to all critters and humans alike ! They have a rich history of passion and caring for horses and are active members of the Springbank community !! You will always find them working and playing hard with a smile on their faces !
These folks offer so many amazing ways to experience life with animals. Lessons, Training, Discovery Programs, Carer-Giving. They are ready to work with you to build your passions into experiences !
The Dynamic Doyles live on site with their horse herd, pup and cats. You can rest assured that your horses needs will be well covered by this crew !

Founders
Notso Rustic Ranch has been founded by Jared and Lenore Oler out of a shared love for life in the country and the gift of animals in our lives. 2018 marked the arrival of their son and a renewal of their gratitude for family country life !
Jared and Lenore are both born and raised Calgarians who were lucky enough to spend time growing up in the beautiful district of Springbank.
Jared is a Calgary Fire Fighter and Handy-Man Extraordinare who has been introduced to the world of horses by his wife. He is a natural horseman.
Lenore has been riding and caring for horses since she was a child and spends her time with horses as a barrel racer. Lenore's family has been instrumental in her riding endeavours and she continues to work alongside of her sister and her parents during their horse adventures.
